Analysing something after it has failed is a job for Captain Hindsight and his 20/20 vision. What we are going to do is to speculate why your beloved project might fail - and we're thinking about that before your project even started or hit the ground.
This is an opportunity to spill all the fears you have, and the risks you perceive. At first we will make those worse - and while that originally doesn't really sound enticing, it will help you a lot for the next phases of your project. Too often when we start new things we either ignore the risks or make them bigger - it's rare that we address them properly. By talking about everything that could go wrong, horribly wrong even, we will find the recurring theme behind those fears and ways to address them before they even have the chance to happen. The goal is to make the idea you have more resilient, and to get rid of unnecessary fears while adressing valid concerns before they arise.

This is a 45 minute call that is designed for a specific purpose - in this case to help draw out a few things that might be hidden from your very eyes or difficult to spot if you're on your own. There is some pre-work that can be done - but that part will be individually different and delivered via email.

Since we might do a short quiet relaxation/meditation and since this call potentially can get very deep in its explorative themes, I'd advise taking it in a safe space where you don't have to hide emotions or feelings and can close your eyes for a bit.

We'll meet in a steady rhythm of your choice - two times a month, maybe - and talk about things that went well, hurdles and the next steps you'd like to achieve.
Like all meetings, this is pretty informal; yet the recurrence and the commitment to accountability can help to move your project ahead, sometimes in small steps, sometimes in bigger leaps.
